Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business
Partner (HRBP)



to strengthen our people strategy, leadership capability,
and organizational culture. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations by
partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams, improve
employee engagement, and implement scalable HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Lead
end-to-end recruitment for corporate, manufacturing, technical, sales, and
leadership positions.
- Develop
talent pipelines to reduce hiring turnaround time.
- Enhance
employer branding and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Performance Management
- Design
and drive KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Partner
with department heads to improve accountability and business performance.
- Support
succession planning and internal career development initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan
and execute employee engagement programs.
- Foster
effective commun
