Intermediate to Expert Level Knowledge in the fields of Debt Syndication from Banks and Financial Institutions, Process need and manner of conducting a Techno Economic Viability Study of Companies on behalf of Banks and Financial Institutions, Valuation of Business, Valuation of Shares etc.

Actively pursue business development oppotunities and strive to achieve and surpass business development targets set by management.

Project management and execution may involve review/preparation of financial models, structuring financial products, review

Preparing information memorandums, interacting with client, representing matters before investors and lenders and inspiring and encouraging team members in executing jobs assigned as well as developing junior team members to enable them reach their full potential.
