Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with IT leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on organisation design, workforce planning and capability building.
- Support business transformation,



restructuring and change management initiatives.

Talent Management
- Involved in annual talent review, succession planning and leadership assessment processes.
- Drive identification and development of critical talent and successors for key roles.
- Partner with leaders on career development and internal mobility strategies.
- Support execution of individual development plans and leadership development initiatives

Organization Effectiveness
- Advise leaders on organization design, team effectiveness and workforce productivity.
- Facilitate organizational diagnostics and recommend interventions to improve performance.
- Support integration of recent teams, technologies and operating models.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
- Coach leaders on creating an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Support DE&I; priorities and employee listening mechanisms.
