Your Impact
As a Technical Sales Professional, you will own the technical relationship with customers and partners, providing trusted technical guidance and translating business needs into relevant Cisco solutions. You will collaborate with account and sales teams to shape customer strategy, lead technical engagements, and drive opportunities from technical discovery through solution design and customer success.
- Contribute to account planning by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and competitive displacement, while providing technical insights to refine account strategy.
- Build solid relationships with technical and business decision-makers, understand customer environments and pain points,



and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and present Cisco solutions, using demonstrations and relevant tools to help customers visualize business outcomes and position Cisco’s value against competitors.
- Collaborate with account teams, sales resources, business entities, and partners to develop customer strategies, manage virtual support teams, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Maintain expertise across Cisco’s portfolio and contribute to demand generation, enablement, and educational activities that increase awareness of Cisco solutions and value.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or PhD with 0 years of related experience.
- Experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or related customer-facing technical role.
