We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Manager with expertise and passion in establishing teams, coaching individuals, and solving difficult problems in the Cost Management space. You and your team will develop customer facing features by analyzing, fixing, and designing vital Oracle Cloud services that are reliable, scalable, resilient, secure, and performant. You will focus on engineering improvements to the systems that will eliminate whole classes of issues.

Responsibilities
As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications,



operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.

Specifically you will be responsible for building and maintaining some of the customer facing features in the Cost Management space. Customers will interact with these features to understand their spending patterns, projected spending, potential environmental impact of their spending, etc. You will also manage infrastructure for the features. You will understand and be able to communicate the scale, capacity, security, performance attributes, and requirements of the service(s)/feature(s) you own. You will build instrumentation and metrics to monitor service behavior. You will engage with and present to a wide variety of audiences, ranging from individual contributors and teams to senior leadership
