Requirements
- Operate and control the twin screw machine used for the production of extruded snacks.
- Set up the machine according to product specifications, including adjusting temperature, speed, and other parameters.
- Monitor the production process to ensure consistent quality and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular checks on the machine to identify and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts.




- Collaborate with the maintenance team for more complex repairs and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain accurate production records, including machine performance, downtime, and raw material usage.
- Assist in the packaging process by operating the packing machine and ensuring proper labelling and coding of products.
- Conduct regular inspections of the packing materials and make necessary adjustments to achieve efficient packaging.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring a clean and organized work area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues during production to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
