Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads,



and programmatic networks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to track KPIs including CAC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages tailored to real estate buyer personas.
- Implement and manage tracking mechanisms (UTM parameters, pixel tracking, conversion APIs) to ensure accurate data collection and attribution.
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making.
