Reporting Head: Head – Marketing Sales

Position Description

The Graphics Designer will be an integral part of the Marketing Sales and Marketing Communications teams and act as the single POC for all the design requirements in the company. S/he will be accountable for maintaining the company brand guidelines and story. The candidate will be responsible for supporting iPlace’s internal/external communications, sales, and recruitment marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities




- Create compelling designs to support sales lead generation activities such as social media ad campaigns, case studies, landing pages, and other collateral
- Produce creative ideas and innovative designs to support recruitment marketing with flyers, brochures, gifs, and social media posts
- Effectively translate the messaging to interactive and attractive designs for engaging the internal (existing employees) and external (potential employees and customers) audiences
- Have the right attitude towards every assigned activity and project
- Work as a team member and not an individual contributor
- Be willing to take up additional responsibilities within the team

Required Skills and Experience
- 2 to 5 years of graphics designing experience creating digital assets in a B2B workplace
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools
- Knowledge of UI/UX is preferred
- Familiar with photography, videography, and video edi
