Role Overview

ProCreator is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Tech Lead who can take complete ownership of web and mobile product development while leading a team of developers. This role goes beyond individual contribution. We are seeking someone who can architect solutions, drive execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery of scalable digital products. The ideal candidate should be technically strong across frontend and backend, comfortable with cloud infrastructure, and highly effective in leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate output and maintain high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive accountability within the team

· Oversee deployments and infrastructure setup

· Function as a true Technical Lead — ensuring effective delivery through the team

Frontend (Mandatory – All Required)

· Strong experience in mobile application and website development

Backend

· Node JS (Mandatory)

AI-Driven Development (Mandatory)

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience using AI-powered coding and productivity tools to improve development speed, code quality, and team productivity.
