Team Member Role: Manager/Assistant Manager - Real Estate Transaction
What would the work Entail:
- 4+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography
- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with Key Account Clients and Key Decision makers in the industry.
- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.
- Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.
- Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.
- Manage the transaction process end–to–end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures
- Responsible for the individual/ team’s P&L;
