We are looking for passionate and experienced Aptitude Trainers, Technical Trainers (C, C++, Java, Python), and Soft Skills Trainers to mentor and prepare our Arts & Science and Engineering students for successful placements.

Aptitude Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
- Train students on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
- Conduct practice sessions, mock tests, and assessments.
- Prepare students for campus recruitment drives and competitive exams.

Technical Trainer (C, C++, Java, Python)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training in programming fundamentals and advanced concepts.
- Guide students through hands-on coding sessions and problem-solving exercises.
- Support students in preparing for technical interviews and coding tests.

Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
- Train students on communication skills,



interview skills, group discussions, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct behavioural workshops, presentation skills sessions, and personality development modules.
- Enhance overall student confidence and employability skills.

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria (for all positions):
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer.
- Prior experience training Arts & Science and Engineering students in placement preparation.
- Robust communication skills and a passion for student development.
- Ability to design, plan, and deliver engaging training modules.
