- Source,
evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, components, and services in
alignment with quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Negotiate
pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to secure optimal value and
establish long-term supplier partnerships.
- Monitor
supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement
corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate
with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure
understanding of material requirements and on-time availability.
- Develop
and maintain a reliable supplier database, including vendor onboarding and
documentation management.
- Identify
cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement within
procurement processes.
- Ensure
compliance with corporate policies, procurement guidelines, and ERP
workflows.
- Support




supply chain risk management by identifying potential disruptions and
implementing mitigation plans.

- Bachelor’s
degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related
field.
- Minimum
5 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in the
manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong
negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Good
knowledge of sourcing strategies, cost analysis, and contract management.
- Proficient
in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
