Job Description

Technical Leadership & Innovation
- Solution Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and implementation of complex actuarial tools and models,



primarily using Python and R, to automate processes, enhance data analysis, and improve reporting.
- Client Transformation: Collaborate with actuarial SMEs to understand client objectives, calculations, data requirements, and output formats. Guide the team in coding, testing, and implementing solutions that adhere to client standards.
- Internal Tooling: Drive the development of internal WNS tools and software from concept to deployment, ensuring robust design, efficient execution, and thorough testing.
- Compliance & Standards: Work closely with IT and Infosec teams to ensure all developed tools and solutions comply with internal and client IT and information security standards.

Team Management & Development
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 2-5 actuarial coding resources, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight.
