We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to handle follow-ups, coordination, and backend support for electrical service operations. The role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and service engineers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate with service engineers/technicians for job updates and scheduling
- Maintain and update service records, reports, and MIS data
- Track pending work orders, complaints, and closures
- Ensure timely communication between field team and management
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and documentation
- Monitor AMC/service schedules and send reminders
- Maintain proper data entry and documentation records
- Support in inventory coordination and service planning
Required Skills:
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical terminology (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Qualification:
- Graduate (Any Stream) OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
Preferred Profile:
- Freshers or candidates with experience in backend operations / coordination roles
- Experience in electrical/service industry will be an added advantage
