Job Description:
- Scheduling: Managing the CEO's calendar, fixing appointments and meetings, and planning travel arrangements
- Communication: Answering the main phone line, responding to inquiries, and acting as the main contact point for external stakeholders
- Research: Researching topics relevant to the CEO Documentation: Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs
- Collaboration: Working with other departments on behalf of the CEO's office
- Board support: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and preparing materials for board meetings
- Strategic planning: Establishing and reviewing strategic priorities, and translating them into a strategic plan
EAs to CEOs may need a variety of skills and experience, including:
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to arrange travel and schedule meetings
- Experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills
