Job Summary:

We are searching for a skilled SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in the MM (Materials Management) module to join our team.
You will play a key role in optimizing our procurement, inventory management, and material planning processes through effective configuration and utilization of the SAP MM module.
You'll collaborate closely with business users, technical specialists, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless MM implementation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand current business processes for procurement, inventory management, and material planning.

Configure and customize the MM module to align with specific business needs and best practices in MM.

Manage and maintain MM master data, including materials, vendors, purchasing information records, and source lists.

Set up and configure procurement processes like purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.

Implement and manage inventory valuation methods and control strategies.

Configure MRP (Material Requirements Planning)



parameters and monitor MRP runs.

Develop and implement reports to analyze procurement and inventory data for informed decision-making.

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on MM functionalities.
Participate in MM-related project teams for implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the MM module.

Collaborate with ABAP developers to create custom solutions when standard functionalities are insufficient.

Stay updated on the latest advancements and functionalities within the SAP MM module.
Document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SAP MM Functional Consultant
Solid understanding of MM concepts like procurement processes, inventory management, MRP, material valuation, etc.

Experience in configuring and customizing the SAP MM module
