Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure ongoing professional development for team members. AI-powered solutions,
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, ensuring alignment of technical goals with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment cycles.
- Implement and drive best practices in DevOps, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes,



Docker, Terraform, etc.).
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems and services through proactive monitoring and automated recovery solutions.

Microservices Architecture:
- Design, implement, and optimize microservice-based architectures for scalable, resilient, and secure applications.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to define explicit service boundaries, API standards, and inter-service communication strategies.
- Lead efforts for system refactoring, ensuring that microservices are optimized for maintainability and scalability
- Stay current on emerging trends in AI/Gen AI/ ML and ensure the team adopts relevant technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
