Professional Services Engineer

Reporting to: Director of Professional Services

Department: Skilled Support

Location: Hyderabad

The Job and its Impact:

â Configure the environment per the documented configuration requirements

â Work closely with the customers to capture the requirements and provide the
necessary architectural guidance

â Develop, test, and deliver integrations for customers to provide highly scalable and
repeatable integrations

â Perform deployments of the software to customer non-production and production
environments

â Understand and demonstrate all use cases to customer users

â Perform unit and functional testing of new features and configuration

â Triage and resolve implementation issues

â Develop scripts and tools that improve team efficiency, implementation quality, and
consistency

â Create knowledge-based articles and documentation to help partner and
SnapLogic implementation team members

â Identify business and technical issues throughout the project that could impact
requirements, scope,



or schedule and work with the project manager to identify
potential solutions.

â Assure successful and on-time delivery of the projects working closely with the
customer and team members

â Deliver Product training to the customers in person and via the internet, and
contribute to the training material enhancements based on the new features that
are released on the platform

Requirements
â 5+ Years’ Experience with other integration technologies like SnapLogic, Informatica,
â MuleSoft, etc. and in-depth understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns

â 5+ years of experience with SQL

â Hands-on experience with REST architectures

â Knowledge of SOAP/XML/JMS/JSON, basic level understanding of REST principles,
and REST and SOAP APIs.

â Deep understanding of HTTP protocols

â Excellent customer-facing skills

â Must be a self-starter and extremely organized with your space and time.
