We are seeking a skilled Draftsman (Civil & MEP) with 2–3 years of experience to support our design and engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate civil, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings for luxury residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil, structural, and MEP drawings as per project requirements.
- Convert architectural and engineering concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Work closely with design engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy.
- Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company quality requirements.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and site teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering/Drafting or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in drafting for civil and MEP works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
- Good understanding of MEP layouts, civil drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
