Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and plan manpower proactively.
- Build a clear TA roadmap to support expansion across branches and business lines.

2. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection and onboarding.
- Handle hiring requirements across Operations, Sales, SCM, Warehouse, Transport, Customs, Finance, and Support roles.
- Drive bulk hiring for operations and critical niche hiring for leadership roles.

3. Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Build effective pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and industry mapping.
- Create robust talent pools for high-demand roles.
- Implement Boolean search, targeted sourcing, and market intelligence for niche logistics roles.

4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements and timelines.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and dashboards on hiring progress.




- Ensure timely coordination for interviews and feedback.

5. Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives across social media and hiring platforms.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking forums.

6. Process Excellence
- Improve recruitment processes, TAT, and candidate quality.
- Use data-driven hiring metrics to improve decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all HR and industry regulations.
