• ITIL Processes (Incident, Change & Problem Management)

• Ticketing Tools – ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.

Good to Have:

• Azure Cloud Fundamentals

Key Responsibilities:





• Manage S/4HANA HANA system monitoring and administration

• Handle high-priority incidents (P1/P2) and coordinate with MIM teams

• Drive bridge meetings with vendors, clients, and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot alerts and ensure smooth SAP operations

• Collaborate with external customers regularly

Required Soft Skills:

â Excellent communication and written skills

â Strong stakeholder management experience

â Ability to work in high-pressure production support environments
