Planning Engineer with 4+ years of experience in planning and coordinating high-rise residential and commercial construction projects across Mumbai's Western suburbs. Experienced in project scheduling, progress monitoring, MIS reporting, stakeholder coordination, and risk identification. Proficient in Microsoft Project with a solid focus on timely project delivery, resource optimization, and efficient execution.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Track project progress and identify delays, risks, and critical activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors for timely execution.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and look-ahead plans.
- Conduct project review meetings and monitor project milestones.
- Support project planning, resource management,



and business planning activities.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables, approvals, and statutory certifications.
- Ensure projects are executed as per schedule while maintaining quality and efficiency

Minimum Requirement
- Industry – Real Estate, Developer & Construction
- Relevant Experience – 4 to 6 Years
- Education - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Skills – Skills Microsoft Project (MSP) Primavera P6 (Preferred) Project Planning & Scheduling Project Monitoring & Control Critical Path Method (CPM) Project MIS & Dashboard Reporting Resource Planning.
