Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Concept Development
· Lead the development of creative concepts and visual storytelling for campaigns, ads, and branding projects.
· Translate client briefs into compelling creative ideas and visual executions.
· Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual tone across all deliverables.
Creative Review & Quality Control
· Perform detailed creative checks to maintain high design standards.
· Review all artwork, layouts, and videos before final delivery.
· Ensure accuracy in typography, colors, alignment, and overall composition.
Team Handling & Training
· Manage, mentor, and guide a team of graphic designers and video editors.
