Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across Recruitment and HR Operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Recruitment
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support in preparing offer letters and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation as required.
