Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead public-sector growth, strategic initiatives, government partnerships, large-scale project development, and institutional business expansion. The role requires strong expertise in public procurement, government tenders, strategic partnerships, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project management. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record of managing large public-sector opportunities and successfully participating in government procurement processes involving projects valued at ₹25 crore and above.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & Public Sector Business Development

Identify, qualify, and pursue strategic opportunities across government, PSU, Smart City, climate resilience, environmental monitoring, disaster management, and sustainability sectors.

Develop long-term engagement strategies with state governments, central ministries, development agencies,



and institutional partners.

Build and manage a robust pipeline of public-sector opportunities.

Tender Management & Public Procurement

Lead the complete tender lifecycle from prospect identification to bid submission and post-award coordination.

Prepare and review technical proposals, compliance documents, financial submissions, consortium agreements, and bid strategies.

Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and tender requirements.

Manage bidding processes across GeM, CPPP, state procurement portals, and institutional procurement systems.

Proposal Development & Fund Mobilisation

Lead development of Technical proposals, EOIs, RFP responses, Grant applications, CSR funding proposals, and multilateral funding submissions

Identify and secure strategic funding opportunities from governments, PSUs, foundations, multilateral agencies, and development organisations.
