Key Requirements:
✔ MBA (Operations preferred)
✔ 5+ years of experience in Process Management
✔ ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (Mandatory)
✔ Knowledge of ISO 31000 and/or ISO 27001
✔ Expertise in SOP Development, Process Mapping, Internal Audits & Risk Assessment
✔ Solid analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement SOPs, Policies, and Process Frameworks
? Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
? Conduct Internal Audits and ensure compliance across functions
? Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans
? Facilitate management reviews and process performance reporting
