Developing and conceptualizing comprehensive UI/UX design strategies in line with the creative briefs.
- Producing high quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams,
storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery
of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order
to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Independently manage own work queue, related tools and proactively engage with other teams when needed.
- Ensure practice of standard design process
- Ensure a high standard of personal discipline and organizational engagement

Requirements
Compelling portfolio of design work. An individual should be able to craft and execute a vision with creativity and style.




- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Visual design and wire-framing tools
- Should have good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript and their proper implementation
- Should have good understanding of mobile device UI optimization, cross-browser coding, iPad/tablet challenges,
compatibility limitations of various devices and browsers, responsive web design, etc.
- Ability to work with different Workflow tools such as git, grunt, gulp, etc.
- Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Energetic, task-oriented, with strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Quick learner, detail oriented, productive and dependable
- High sense of urgency and must be able to work well under pressure
