Join our R&D; team to lead the end-to-end mechanical design of cutting-edge robotic systems. You’ll translate complex requirements into precise, manufacturable designs, working from concept to prototype to production-ready hardware.
Your Mission Includes
â Designing and developing mechanical sub-systems for robotic platforms
â Creating detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings
â Conducting design reviews, FEA analysis, and tolerance studies
â Collaborating with electrical and firmware teams for seamless integration
â Driving DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles
â Managing BOM accuracy and revision control
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
â Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (1-3 years of relevant experience preferred)
â Robust proficiency in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 (preferred) - assemblies and drawings
â Understanding of manufacturing processes: sheet metal, CNC machining, injection moulding
â Experience with GD&T; and engineering drawing standards
â Ability to work hands-on with prototypes and iterate quickly
Tools & Technologies
â SolidWorks, Fusion 360 (preferred), AutoCAD
â FEA tools: ANSYS / SolidWorks Simulation
â 3D Printers, CNC Machines, basic workshop tooling
â PDM / PLM systems for document and version control
