Job Role :

We are looking for a highly strategic, numbers-driven, and growth-oriented




qualified to own and drive the Ads and Monetization charter.

You will analyze data to identify untapped advertising opportunities, partner
closely with City Teams to execute monetization initiatives, and build deep
relationships with stakeholders to drive ad adoption. Your core mission is to
maximize ad revenue while ensuring a high-performing ecosystem for our partners.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Own the Ads Performance & Revenue for the platform and work on improving the
metric on a continuous basis to drive an increase in monetization

Conduct comprehensive deep-dives into historical budget utilization and
campaign ROI to identify revenue leakages and optimize brand Ads spend for
maximum advertiser retention

Build Rapport & drive strategic projects/initiatives with City teams to
increase Ads adoption & monetization metrics

Collaborate with internal stakeholders/cross-functional team to drive process
improvements, initiatives/projects proa
