Role Overview

The Quality Lead – Internal Audit & ISO 14001 will be responsible for driving Mati Carbon's quality and audit framework, with end-to-end ownership of ISO 14001 compliance, internal quality audits, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

This role will work closely with an external consultant for technical guidance and team capability building, while independently managing internal audit planning, process reviews, documentation, compliance tracking, and closure of audit findings across functions. The role requires robust analytical thinking, structured execution,



and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to strengthen operational discipline, process consistency, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

ISO 14001 Ownership & Compliance
- Own the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 within the organization
- Maintain and update ISO-related documentation, policies, procedures, registers, and records
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance across operational and support functions
- Coordinate with external consultants, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders for audit preparation and closure of observations
- Monitor progress on ISO-related actions and support timely implementation of required controls

Internal Audits (Operations & Quality)
- Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual internal audit plans across field operations and support functions
- Conduct process and operational audits to assess adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and quality requirements
