Role: Area Growth Officer – Retail Pharma Distribution

Department: Retail

Reports to: Entity BD Manager

Key Responsibilities:

ï· Visit the retail pharmacies daily in the assigned territory as per the route plan

ï· Collect orders and increase the wallet share from the retail pharmacy

ï· Build strong retailer relationships

ï· Support the delivery to customers, as required

ï· Ensure timely payment follow-up as required

Qualifications & Skills:

ï· Graduate (preferably BA, B.Com, BBA graduates. Avoid IT and BE background

candidates ideally).

ï· Open to 12 th pass candidates also

ï· They should be ready for a field role with a drive to meet the daily deliverables

ï· Own two-wheeler with license

ï· Positive communication skills in local language, Fast Learning ability, Adaptable, Result

Orientation and Problem-solving Skills

ï· 0-5 Years of field sales experience in any domain. Freshers can also apply.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + earn good incentives for performance
