Job Description

We are looking for a energetic and self-driven professional to manage and scale our banking partnerships, flight distribution channels, and gift voucher business. This role combines account management, campaign execution, operational excellence, and revenue ownership. The ideal candidate is analytical, agile, commercially strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities and Core Competencies:
· Account Management:



Own and manage relationships with external partners, drive performance against agreed KPIs, negotiate commercials to maximise ROI, optimise service SLAs, and oversee billing, reconciliations, and all operational documentation
· Partnership: Liaison with banks for various offer collaborations, offer listing on partner sites/platform, sale and tactical event operational support.
· Competition Benchmarking: Continuously monitor competitor offers, products, and promotional strategies, and recommend data-driven corrective actions to ensure ixigo’s propositions/offers remain competitive or market-leading.
· Gift Card Vertical: Own and lead the ixigo Gift Card distribution business with end-to-end P&L; responsibility. Drive revenue growth, expand distribution partnerships, optimize margins, and scale the category through strategic initiatives and operational excellence
