Indus Action aims to enable over 800 million vulnerable citizens in India to move irreversibly out of extreme poverty by facilitating access to critical government support to which they are entitled. We partner with communities and governments to simplify access to education,livelihoods, healthcare and welfare, using tech and better design to navigate bureaucratic hurdles.

ROLE BRIEF

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Executive to support Indus Action's communications and outreach efforts through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have robust graphic design skills, experience creating digital content for social media and reports,



and the ability to produce light video edits for campaigns, events, and organisational communications.

This role requires someone who can translate complex ideas into engaging visual assets while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Communications & Social Media Management

â Design high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, newsletters, presentations,

reports, and campaigns.

â Develop infographics, illustrations, banners, event collateral, and branded communication materials.

â Support the communications team in conceptualising creative campaigns and content.

â Edit short-form videos, reels, event highlights, interviews, and promotional content.

â Optimize video content for different digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

â Ensure consistency of visual identity across all communication channels.
