- Manage multiple complex projects and tasks efficiently and autonomously
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Certify advanced trading workflows across SS&C; Eze's product suite
- Develop, test, and implement broker Algorithms across SS&C; Eze's product suite
- Proactively assist in project scoping and case evaluation process
- Identify key areas for improvement and work with management to develop strategic goals
- Spearhead training initiatives for recent hires to the Certification team
