1) JOB PURPOSE:

To drive sales and market penetration of tile adhesives by developing strong relationships with contractors, project owners, builders, developers, tile fixers, and institutional customers, while ensuring consistent monthly volumes and payment discipline.

2) ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES:

Sales & Business Development

1.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume & value).

2. Generate B2B bulk orders for tile adhesives (no retail dependency).

3. Develop recent customers:

1.1Contractors & applicators

1.2 o Builders & developers

1.3 Real estate projects

1.4Government / institutional projects (if applicable)

Convert ongoing construction projects into repeat customers.

Market Development

1. Identify new project sites, upcoming constructions, and redevelopment projects.

2. Conduct site visits, product trials, and technical discussions with decision-makers.

3. Appoint and manage project-based dealers / channel partners if required.

4. Track competitor activity, pricing, schemes, and market trends.

Retail Market Development

1.



Develop and expand the retail dealer network within the assigned territory.

2. Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to increase market penetration.

3.Ensure product availability, visibility, and stock levels at retail counters.

4.Conduct dealer meetings, retailer engagement activities, and product awareness programs.

5. Drive secondary sales through retailers and monitor dealer-wise performance.

6.Support retailers with product demonstrations, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.

7. Monitor market demand, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the retail segment.

8.Ensure effective implementation of company schemes, promotions, and branding activities at retail outlets.

9. Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, contractors, and influencers to generate demand.
