Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Manager - Full Stack who is a strong hands-on engineering leader with deep technical expertise across backend and frontend systems with with strong Java, React and AWS technologies background. This role requires someone who can manage team of developers and drive architecture, stay close to code, mentor teams, and bring a forward-looking and problem solving mindset toward adopting recent technologies, including AI, to drive innovation and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Own the technical direction of your team's product area, driving architecture and design of scalable, secure,



and performant systems on AWS.
- Contribute to end-to-end solution design spanning services, APIs, and UI layers.
- Stay hands-on — contribute to critical components, conduct design reviews, code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
- Drive root cause analysis, debugging, and resolution of production issues; ensure reliability, scalability, and observability in production.

Delivery & Execution
- Lead development teams to deliver high-value, complex projects on time and within budget.
- Specify and ensure technology solutions fulfill business requirements and ROI goals.
- Manage project schedules, risks, and issues effectively; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Drive multiple deliverables in parallel with disciplined planning and execution.
