The Role

Your Role:
As the Technical Lead for SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), you will architect, configure, and maintain robust CIAM solutions—encompassing registration, authentication, profile management, and consent controls—while ensuring full compliance with GDPR and global privacy regulations. Working in an Agile environment, you will author technical specifications, address production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless enterprise system enhancements.

What you will do:
- Oversee Digital Commerce Platforms:



Drive the technical oversight, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Commerce and Customer Experience (CX) platforms to optimize corporate eCommerce.
- Optimize Customer Journeys: Implement, refine, and support cutting-edge digital solutions focused on personalization and end-to-end user experience (UX) mapping.
- Integrate Cross-Functional Modules: Manage and secure seamless technical integrations between SAP CX/Marketing platforms and core ERP backend modules, specifically SAP FI/CO and SD.
- Support Governance & Risk: Configure, test, and support SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technical security setups as required by business policies.
- Troubleshoot Web Interfaces: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and debugging for complex web-based SAP interfaces and application endpoints.
