We are looking for a high-caliber UI/UX Designer to lead design for complex web applications. This role requires robust product thinking, user-centered design capability, and the ability to build scalable design systems.
This is not a visual-only role — we need someone who understands usability, interaction logic, and product architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX thinking for web-based products and platforms
- Create user journeys, wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Build and maintain scalable design systems
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on insights
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices
Required Experience
- 6–10+ years in UI/UX design for web applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web product work (SaaS / enterprise preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools)
- Strong understanding of UX research and interaction design
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
