Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Audits:

• ICS, BSCI, SEDEX etc..

Performing comprehensive factory audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls related to production processes, quality control, and compliance with relevant standards.

• Identifying Weaknesses:

Analyzing audit findings to pinpoint areas where internal controls are inadequate or need improvement.

• Developing and Implementing Solutions:

Recommending and implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to address identified weaknesses.

• Monitoring Compliance:





Tracking the implementation of corrective actions and monitoring the effectiveness of internal controls over time.

• Reporting and Documentation:

Preparing detailed audit reports, documenting findings, and presenting recommendations to management.

• Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of changes in relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to internal control systems.

On a monthly basis, execute a comprehensive checklist assessment, document any discrepancies or gaps, collaborate with the appropriate departments to implement corrective measures, and ensure that resolved issues are not repeated in subsequent reviews.

Qualifications:
- Education:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like accounting, finance, or industrial engineering is often required.
- Experience:

Several years of experience in factory auditing, internal control systems, or related areas is typically expected.
