Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Support Analyst to join our team. As an ERP Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of Enterprise Applications, including Sage 300, MIsys, QuickPak (Warehouse Management Systems), and Merchant Cloud (EDI system). Your expertise in report creation using Crystal Reports Designer will also be crucial in generating insightful reports from ERP data, empowering our clients to make informed business decisions and optimize their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Enterprise Applications, particularly Sage 300, MISys, QuickPak, and Merchant Cloud.
- Create and customize reports using Crystal Reports Designer and Sage Intelligence Reporting tools to extract and present data effectively for analysis and decision-making.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to system integration, data exchange, and functionality across multiple platforms.




- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical challenges.
- Assist clients in system setup, configuration, and customization to meet specific operational requirements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including procedures and user guides, to support clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal staff on ERP system functionalities, report generation, and best practices.
- Stay informed about updates, features, and enhancements in ERP systems to provide proactive support and recommendations.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
