- B.com, M.com or MBA Finance with 4-8 years of experience in a similar role with major exposure to P2P.
- Highest standard of integrity.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired
- Proactive in getting things done as per the Internal Compliance Calendar.
- The candidate should have exposure to using AI-enabled tools for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, dashboarding, and management reporting.
Experience using AI to improve data accuracy, automate repetitive reporting tasks, identify trends, generate insights, and support faster decision-making is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal discrepancies to meet deadlines.
- Positive team leader, along with having the ability to work as an individual contributor.
- Experience in working on ERP will be an added advantage.
