We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support our logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and timely movement of goods, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations:

1. Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups.

2. Manage inventory, tracking, and warehousing.

3. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

4. Collaborate with transportation providers and suppliers.

5. Resolve logistics-related issues.

Supply Chain Management:

1. Source and procure materials, supplies, and equipment.

2. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

3. Manage vendor relationships.

4. Analyse market trends and optimize supply chain.

Warehouse Management:

1. Maintain organized and safe warehouse environment.

2. Oversee inventory storage, receipt, and dispatch.

3. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Provide customer service and support.

2. Assist with budgeting and cost control.





3. Participate in process improvement initiatives.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
Education:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience: 1-3years of logistics experience.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

2. Proficient in logistics software

3. Familiarity with transportation management systems

4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
