Job Description

Responsibilities
Develop the annual human resources business plan and drive execution.
Participate in the development of business plans for internal customers.
Manage all processes and policies relating to day-to-day human resources operations and compliance.
Develop staffing and manpower planning.
Participate in annual performance reviews.




Assist with employee development and coaching, executive consultation, succession planning and strategy, policy administration, retention strategies, and compensation planning, including base salary, bonus, and stock.
Track employee relations and regulatory and corporate compliance.
Drive an open-door and engaging management philosophy.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of U.S.-based operations recruiters.
Develop and deliver a market-leading recruiting strategy for the U.S. team.
Serve as a key member of the recruiting team and develop a consistent approach.
Oversee the recruiting process for all U.S.-based internal and external hires within operations.
Conduct senior-level hiring for designated groups in partnership with the in-house, direct-sourcing team.
Partner with businesses to develop and drive direct-sourcing methods and strategies, utilizing in-house recruiting methods.
