The Prospect
We are seeking a
highly organized and proactive Resource Manager to lead
workforce planning and resource allocation from our India Global Capability
Centre (GCC) in Chennai.
This individual will
serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Delivery, Talent
Acquisition, HR,
and Operations to ensure the right consultants are deployed to
the right opportunities at the right time while maximizing utilization and supporting
employee growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in an
IT services organization where resource planning, utilization management, and
consultant deployment are critical business functions.
Key
Responsibilities
Resource
Planning and Allocation
· Own end‑to‑end resource planning and staffing for all delivery teams
across all Infoya projects and practices.
· Allocate and rebalance resources based on project priorities,
skills, location, and availability to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
· Run weekly staffing/allocation meetings with Global Head of Delivery
to review open demand, assignments, and conflicts.
· Coordinate cross‑geo staffing with all geo-locations to support
follow‑the‑sun delivery and peak demand.
· Demand, Forecast, and Bench Management
· Partner with Sales
