Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Support Executive to oversee and enhance our support services within designated regions. This role requires a proactive person who can effectively coordinate implementation, technical, and field support operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the rollout of support initiatives across the region.
- Provide technical support, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues and inquiries.
- Manage field support operations, ensuring that all in office support activities meet company standards.
- Establish effective troubleshooting protocols to diagnose and resolve client issues swiftly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their support needs are met.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum 1+ years in Support Role, willing to travel with the region
- Should be proficient in English and Local Language
- Proficiency in support management software and tools.
