SailPoint is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Platform group that provides the foundation for our cloud-based SaaS Identity Security Cloud solution. We are looking for experienced, well-rounded backend engineers who are passionate about building and delivering reliable, scalable microservices and infrastructure for SaaS products.

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong Java experience
- Comprehensive experience with an object-oriented programming language and techniques
- Deep understanding of up-to-date architectural patterns for SaaS systems (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, distributed systems).
- Strong communications skills, including the ability to understand requirements and articulate technical solutions at the appropriate level of technical depth.
