We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager – MBO to drive business performance across a cluster of Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). The role will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, strengthening distributor/retailer relationships, improving product visibility, and ensuring effective execution of BIBA's retail strategy across the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MBO , excellent market understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Sales Management
- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned MBO cluster.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop territory-wise business plans and sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and identify gaps, opportunities and corrective actions.
- Ensure effective achievement of target vs. achievement, growth %, productivity and other business KPIs.

2. MBO / Dealer Management




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MBO owners, dealers and key business partners.
- Identify and onboard current MBOs to expand BIBA's distribution and retail footprint.
- Negotiate and drive business with key accounts while maintaining commercial discipline.
- Ensure optimum assortment, stock availability and replenishment at MBOs.
- Monitor retailer-wise performance and develop action plans for underperforming accounts.

3. Market & Competition
- Maintain strong understanding of the local market, customer profile and competitive landscape.
- Track competitor brands, pricing, promotions, product assortment and market activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential locations/accounts for expansion.
- Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to the management team.

4. Product & Visual Merchandising
- Ensure the right product assortment and depth across MBOs based on market potential.
