Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Zoho One solutions aligned with client business goals.




- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define robust solution architectures.
- Create system blueprints, data models, workflows, and integration strategies using Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, People, Projects, Inventory, and other Zoho One modules.
- Customize and configure Zoho One applications to support business processes with emphasis on scalability, security, and compliance.
- Develop integrations between Zoho One and external systems using Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator APIs, and webhooks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and implementation teams.
- Execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support to ensure performance and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specs, and user guides.
