- Prepare and operate dialysis machines before, during, and after treatment
- Monitor patients’ vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature) during dialysis
- Assist in initiating and terminating dialysis procedures
- Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of dialysis equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment details
- Observe patients for any complications and report to nurses/doctors immediately
- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Provide emotional support and basic care to patients
- Manage dialysis consumables and report shortages
Requirements
- Diploma / Certification in Dialysis Technology
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience (freshers may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment
- Valuable communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work in shifts
