We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving Ludic’s brand visibility, customer engagement, and strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and relationship builder with a knack for aligning brands to build meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Requirements
- Strategic
Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and cultivate partnerships with brands,
influencers, collaborators, and agencies that align with Ludic’s ethos and
target audience.
- Collaborative
Campaigns: Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, activations, and
collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Negotiation
& Execution: Manage partnership contracts, deliverables, and timelines
to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Relationship
Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners,
ensuring consistency in communication and delivery of shared objectives.
- Cross-functional
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing,
creative, product, and sales to seamlessly integrate partnership




strategies into broader brand goals.
- Market
Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and
cultural moments to identify recent opportunities for collaborations.
- Performance
Tracking: Develop and report KPIs to measure the effectiveness of
partnerships and campaigns, optimizing for future initiatives.
- Brand
Representation: Act as a brand ambassador in external meetings, pitches,
and events, ensuring Ludic’s story is communicated effectively.
- It's remote during the probation period, and after that, we'll transition to working from Bangalore.​

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand partnerships, strategic alliances, or influencer marketing within fashion, lifestyle, or a related industry.
